Stellar TimeLock is a non-custodial Stellar wallet developed by StellarTimeLock, LLC. By using the application, you agree to these terms.
Non-custodial software
The application does not take custody of your funds, keys, or signing authority. You alone control your secret seed and any assets associated with your Stellar account.
Smart contracts
Time-Lock, Cooling-Off, Vesting, and related vault behaviors are enforced by Soroban smart contracts on the Stellar network. Once funds are locked under contract rules you select, withdrawals follow those rules. There is no admin key or emergency exit operated by StellarTimeLock, LLC for those locks.
As-is warranty
The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. StellarTimeLock, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Stellar network, third-party swap partners, or app store distribution.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase and device. Loss of your seed may mean permanent loss of access to funds. StellarTimeLock, LLC cannot recover lost seeds.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StellarTimeLock, LLC and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or the Stellar network.
