What to include
- App version (Settings → About)
- Phone model and Android version
- What you expected and what happened
Do not send your Stellar secret seed, recovery phrase, passwords, card numbers, or authenticator secrets. We do not need them, and email is not a safe place for them.
A lost seed
The seed is the only way to open the encrypted save. Fortress does not keep a copy. If the seed and every backup are gone, the vault cannot be rebuilt.
Save folder
The encrypted file is stellar-vault.svault in the folder you picked. Existing
folders are often named Stellar Vault. Picking that folder again does not change the file.
Documents and Downloads themselves are not accepted on some phones, including OnePlus.
Create a subfolder and pick that.
