Product nature
Stellar TimeLock is an independent, non-custodial Stellar wallet application. StellarTimeLock, LLC does not custody user funds, keys, or signing authority. Vault locks are enforced by Soroban contracts on the Stellar network.

Intellectual property
The Stellar TimeLock name, logo, branding, and application experience are intellectual property of StellarTimeLock, LLC. Third-party open-source libraries used by the app remain under their respective licenses. Security modules/excerpts and documentation published in our public repository may be licensed Apache 2.0 where indicated; the full app backend and complete vault contract source remain proprietary.

- Stellar / Soroban network — public blockchain used for accounts, payments, and vault contracts
- Swap partners — optional third-party liquidity; out of scope for our custody model
- Google Play — Android distribution channel
