Stellar TimeLock is an independent, non-custodial Stellar wallet application. StellarTimeLock, LLC does not custody user funds, keys, or signing authority. Vault locks are enforced by Soroban contracts on the Stellar network.

Intellectual property
The Stellar TimeLock name, logo, branding, and application experience are intellectual property of StellarTimeLock, LLC. Open-source cryptography and contract modules are released under their respective licenses (including Apache 2.0 where applicable) in public repositories.
